 Recruited as an MTO of Batch-X in the year 2006 and was subjected to 18 months of vigorous training in General Banking, Foreign Trade and Credit.
Responsibilities:
 Handling commercial / SME portfolio.
 Raising Credit Line Proposals based on plant visits, financial, management, collateral & industry analysis for consideration of the higher management.
 Ensuring credit quality as per defined management and regulatory guidelines.
 Completion of security documentation, making disbursement after approval, arrangement of monthly stock reports and insurance cover.
 Credit Monitoring (Overdues / Exceptions / Watch list)
 Follow-up of clients for recovery of outstanding dues.
 Off-site Monitoring
 Customer Visits
