Engineering Research Institute established by government for some applicable researches in various fields . Also ERI established some private companies for continuing the successed programs and researches such as Mavadkaran Company (in the field of turbine blade production) and ASACO (for the production of some non-metallic parts of automobiles).Metallurgy lab. Is established and equipped in 1985 for making services to the projects and companies, but its main job was to servicing the Mavadkaran. From the year of 1998 and starting south pars field projects, the laboratory was audited and qualified by some contractors such as TOTAL for conducting metallurgical tests which are need for qualification of materials and weldments. This way is continued till now and many companies tend to use the laboratory services. Good instruments and expert personnel were tow reasons that they decided to cooperate with Mavadkaran Laboratory.
B.V., G.L., D.N.V., L.R. & S.G.S. are the biggest Third parties that work with this Lab.
Some oil and gas, shipbuilding, marine, automotive, and manufacturers of building structures are satisfactorily use laboratory services.
In this position I am responsible for managing the system and technical points in laboratory and also for our customers.

Execution of turbine blade diffusion coatings on GE form gas turbine blades. It has two stages, 1st was electroplating of Platinum on blades and 2nd was aluminizing electroplated blades.
