Responsibilities and Duties
• Conduct instructions & assigned tasks by the manager.
• Performed duties faithfully and diligently.
• Endeavor to promote the interests of the Company.
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Preparing and posting of Journal entries and General ledger operations.
• Assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Handling of monthly financial reports and monthly budgets.
• Preparing accounts receivables, accounts payables and reconciling monthly petty cash accounts.
• Managing of Account/Bank reconciliations and monthly WPS.
