Prepare and write the relevant quality control documents as specifications, analytical monographs and technical instructions.
Perform routine analysis of bulk and finished products samples
Perform analysis of finished products according to Pharmacopeia monograph
Prepare of analytical validation methods for finished products and materials
Training or follow up the training of QC analysts and university students
Conduct analytical methods (instrumental and no instrumental).

Responsible for sampling and analysis for all water samples.
Monitor Chemical laboratory inventory and prepare laboratory needs.
Keep starting materials reference samples.
Prepare reagents and volumetric solutions.
Prepare, certify, and store working standards.
Performing Analytical method Validation and its calculations, Reports and Protocols.
Perform routine analysis of stability samples.
Keep and store stability samples at the predefined conditions.
Implement all types of stability studies (Accelerated, intermediate, long term and after reconstitution)
Monitor the performance of stability chambers.
in this company there are several laboratories:
1- Gas Laboratory: We conducted many experiments to identify the relative density of butane gas (propane - butane) - vapor pressure - volatilization test - in addition to identifying the amount of sulfur in the petroleum product because the increase in sulfur content in the petroleum product reduces its quality
2- Analytical laboratory: We analyzed various materials such as:
* Chemicals that enter the company and see if they match the specifications or not
* Analysis of drinking water and water used in cooling (ph test and others), as well as analysis of the vapors used in boilers and knowledge of the percentage of dissolved salts in it
* It also determines the density of the crude - the percentage of salts in the crude _ and also the flash point of the crude and the petroleum product
