DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ Assisting premium guest with the highest quality of customer service in the lounge from their arrival up to the flight departure.
➢ Accepting guest upon coming, guiding them to the right lounge, flight information and promoting the facilities that is available inside the lounge.
➢ Doing the upgrade / check-in / seat change / miles check etc. upon guest request.
➢ Checking flight status like boarding to ensure that all premium guests will not miss their flight.
➢ Doing the daily duty log event, answering mails and coordinating with other department if incase there is delay or any incident at the lounge.
➢ Delivering proper information in regards with passenger's inquiries (e.g. flight details, general airport information, airport directions)
➢ Follow and ensure safety and security procedure in the airport at all time.
➢ Working knowledge with Sabre System, DCS / Amadeus, Epiphany, Apple (Lounge Access Reporting System), Upgrade using miles.
