Responsible for the developing, maintaining and managing ISO documentations/ procedure
(IMS) and other related activities.
Acts as document controller/coordinator within IRM.
Ensure that services delivery meets or exceeds quality assurance.
Represent management in ISO audits across the company's operations and related
interactions to ensure compliance with both regulatory and client requirements.
Conducts internal audits after completing the internal auditor course in a periodic basis.
Smoothly manage a response to Invitation to Tenders (ITT) or Request for Proposals'(RFP)
issued by purchasing authorities
Ensures that the solution proposed is complete and appropriate and results in the best
proposal possible.
Maintains the personnel database and all employee records and files. Assists in informing new
employees of human resource policies and programs as needed.
Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional working relations with
applicants, visitors, callers, and business professionals.
Assist the Head of Operations in the preparation of HR related procedure and
documentations.
