- Build & manage the biggest In-Mall advertising network (CFCM, MOEg, CC Almaza, CC Madi & CC Alex) with more than 120 digital screens & more than 200 light boxes & many other OOH elements.
- Devolve programmatic DOOH for automated buying, selling, and delivery of out-of-home advertising - that’s ads on digital billboards and signage.
- Developing high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
