Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze process problem and take necessary action that would implement the countermeasure.
• In-charge in designing of efficient work instructions for easy understanding.
• Responsible for imposing 5’ S and safety standards on the line.
• Proficient in product standards and requirements
• Programming Laser Machine program Barcode and QR code for PCB. (Keyence Machine)
• Responsible in doing Validation Protocol and Qualification, FMEA, QCPC.
• Basic board repair using manual soldering.
• Knowledge in analyzing and reading circuit diagram and components specification.
