Responsible for the day to day IT requirements of the company such as user management, trouble shooting, help and advice.
Maintaining desktop applications, local area networks, IT security and telecommunications.
Duties:
• Managing a team technical staff.
• Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies.
• Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair.
• Responsible for department shard areas backup through Backup Exec software.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange Office 365.
• Responsible for backup Microsoft Exchange Office 365 emails through veeam backup.
• Implement Antivirus system (Eset Security & Client).
• Performing routine audits of systems and software.
• Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software.
• Developing & maintaining the company IT systems, software and databases.
• Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies.
• Reporting to the Chief Executive.
• Managing all users internal & hosted network infrastructure through fortigate 110c firewall.
• Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products & services.
• Responsible for the recruitment and training of new staff.
• Writing documentation for ICT procedures, security and disaster recovery. Maintaining documentation of
changes regarding users, functions & systems.
Responsible for Maintaining 110 PC’s.
• Responsible for network and managing switches.
• Responsible for Microsoft Outlook Mail for every User.
• Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products & services.
Electronic System & Technology
• Technical support & customer service.
• Responsible for maintaining 54 PCs and network.
• Projects responsible.
Maintaining Hard Disk Main Board.
• Maintaining Mother Board of PCs.
• Maintaining Switchs.
• Maintaining Printer’s.
• Maintaining Scanner’s.
