Interacting with members, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts, and services.
Taking service inquiry calls from prospective members or members and dispatching the suitable customer service associate to address questions.
Answering the questions of members regarding the organization’s products, promotions or services and its operation or maintenance.
Handling and resolving members complaints, or special request thru mail and phone. Receiving and processing inquiries, providing detailed information concerning changes, pricing and promotions in service.
Investigating and correcting error, following company and members accounts. Interviewing members to acquire information and explaining available services.
Referring member’s complaints of services or billing rendered. Coordinating member’s service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service.
Communicating solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Manager of customer service.
Perform all other duties as needed or required like:
