• Conducting site visits with top accounts which include all manufacturing industries, food and beverage, foreign embassies, NGOs and educational services
• Collaborating with all local and overseas customers
• Entertaining Key person and decision makers in the F&B outlets and to take part in promotional activities with them
• Informing the department superiors about all changes and updates in corporate portfolio
• Covering assigned accounts in designated segment and visit them regularly
• Nurturing current and potential accounts by sending exclusive offers on a quarterly basis
• Setting up appointments, telemarketing and site visits to all existing and potential accounts
• Negotiating with all customers and send out offers/contracts regarding individual and groups business and manage to materialize the booking
• Keeping a close follow up on the latest updates of the competitors
• Coming up with ideas and participating in the preparation of theme events, other promotional activities and invitation lists
• Accomplishing any additional work assigned by department head in the time frame required
• Following up on lost business and bring information to the knowledge of the department superior
• Promoting the latest happenings including all promotions, theme events and rates of the hotel
