• Conduct the issue resolution calls and coordinating the development teams for faster issue resolution and defect fixing thereby ensuring that the project testing deliverables adhere the timelines.
• Attending emergency production issue and ensuring delivery on time.
• Supporting multiple project team and Business users during their testing with test data and environmental issues.
• In-parallel handling ad-hoc projects with shorter schedules.
• Conducting regular stand-up calls and ensuring smooth execution of testing plan.
• Preparing and circulating daily status report across teams to keep stakeholders and client informed on the ERC progress.

• Onboarded as Test Lead for GIBs Retail Banking portfolio via Wipro, established test strategy, governance
cadence, and the onsite/offshore operating model. • Built the offshore QA capability from the ground up - recruiting, mentoring, and embedding cross-module
knowledge across the team. • Earned client recognition leading to GIB extending a direct contract for the same role - a strong signal of
sustained value and stakeholder trust

Programs delivered: • Retail BAU - Online & Mobile Banking (Jun 2019 - Aug 2022) - Onsite QA Lead for Kony, Microsoft
Dynamics CRM, and Cortex CCMS/DCMS - UAT, regression, and ERC delivery. • Customer On-Boarding - NewGen iBPS (Jul 2018 - Jun 2019) - Senior Test Engineer for integrated testing
across NewGen CRM, COB, AMLA, Murex, FCCM, and System Integration layers. • Document Management System - NewGen iBPS (Jul 2018 - Dec 2018) - UAT integration of DMS, OmniScan, and OmniDocs with the broader On-Boarding platform. • Corporate Loan Origination & CRM - NewGen iBPS (Dec 2017 - Nov 2018) - Led CLOS and CRM
integration testing for the corporate lending workflow rollout at GIB Manama. Core responsibilities: • Owned end-to-end testing for each program - test plan, estimation, run-plan, manual scripting, execution, defect management, and UAT sign-off. • Acted as Onsite Lead for Mobile Application testing for over a year, managed offshore team and onsite- offshore coordination. • Pioneered Data Analytics testing as a new capability area for the engagement.

Recovery), and Online & Mobile Banking releases. • Senior Test Engineer for DBS Bank Credit Card Implementation on VisionPLUS - CMS, FAS, and CDM
