I am the Academic innovator/Advisor for the two current branches in both Bani Hajer (where my office is based) and also for Thumama, for academic purposes, such as Teacher Training, Editing and Proof - Reading of Academic/Legal/Policy company documents. Whilst also teaching the following subjects: English Graduate, Undergraduate, A Levels, IGCSE, GCSE, ACT, SATS in more than one subject: For example, Science, Business English, Psychology, Medical Anthropology, History, Geography, Social Studies and more. Occasionally, I am also required to tutor children, as well as adults in many different subjects. I also liaise with other managerial staff at regular meetings, on things like subject content, criteria and other managerial issues and problem solving, suggesting innovative concepts in pedagogy and online training for example. I am required to raise our tutor’s esteem/morale and give general support to all those concerned. I am also responsible for Health and Safety issues and the general decorum of office politics.

Prior to working in Qatar: I was a Vice Principal of the first International
School, in Sohag, Upper Egypt. Achieving the aims of a ‘Start Up’ with an
advanced design of a 2 year (1919 - 2020) modern UK Curriculum for all
subjects, checkpoint and IGCSE Level and also writing the Academic 2 year
Calendar before departing for Qatar. I liaised with several book publishers,
ensuring the quality of UK course books and timely deliverables. I had
successfully set up the first International School academia in Sohag, equipping
them with my Managerial and Administrative expertise in the UK Curriculum in
Egypt. I was responsible for staff motivation and the main point of Training
and Professional Development.

As Vice Principal of Sohag, Egypt’s first International School I had also written
and submitted the Cambridge Accreditation Application for the School’s
Licensing, that I composed. Designed the Academic Curriculum, liaised with
publishers and ordered the curricular books, created the 2 year Academic
School Calendar and trained teachers and teaching assistants. I also tutored
prospective students in prior school 'listening and speaking lessons, to facilitate
pupils with British accent and elocution lessons in ‘speaking and listening.’ Also
I had to interview the prospective parents and procure new students and
procured and interviewed new foreign and native teachers on behalf of the

I mentored, coached and trained Malaysian Primary and Secondary Teacher
Participants in Preparation for the proposed, compulsory English Examination
APTIS Test run by the British Council and implemented by the Ministry of
Education, ESOL based Teacher Training. Hence, I trained the trainer and gave
guidance in teaching pedagogy, methodology. Monitoring academic
progression towards APTIS Test preparation, applying the CEFR level of
designation as set by the European Scoring Standards of marking (Council of
Europe). I also worked on KPI’s with my Teachers in the classrooms and Co -
Taught with them.

I oversaw five Malaysian Primary Schools in the English Department, in a bi -
weekly rotation of visits. To mentor the Primary Teachers and suggested
resources and activity - based lesson plans. As in accordance with the new
KSSR Standard Primary School Curriculum modelled on the National
Curriculum for England). For, Year’s one, two and three pupils. (I also taught
year 6 students). The new and recently introduced curricula materials are
modular based on reading, writing, listening and speaking on consecutive
