• Worked in a Logistics company as a Customer Service agent and had to arrange local collection/ pick up, update client with charges, promote all the existing products ranging from Bullet service, Expression to Insurance, further had to advise client with the shipment status, paperwork requirement and all related task for shipping contact centre

• Coordination with the pricing manager to get best quote available in order to secure the business with Existing as well as new clients.
