• Worked in a Logistics company as a Customer Service agent and had to arrange local collection/ pick up, update client with charges, promote all the existing products ranging from Bullet service, Expression to Insurance, further had to advise client with the shipment status, paperwork requirement and all related task for shipping contact centre
• Coordination with the pricing manager to get best quote available in order to secure the business with Existing as well as new clients.
• A set target of AED 250000/- to be achieved on monthly basis for every preceding month.
• Monthly visit to clients across UAE excluding Abu Dhabi customers.

• Follow up with operations to get the consignment collected along with accurate paperwork depending on the destination or origin from where the goods need to move.
• Only Candidate from the sales team to prepare Monthly overall sales report and Power point presentation.
• Generating new leads and conversion of approx. 50 customers per month.
SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
CENTRAL TELEPHONY (ALL SERVICES/INBOUND CALLS)
• Informing existing credit card holders to upgrade services, activating cards, etc.
• Being informative on coming promotions & assisting them to resolve queries.
• Cross selling other bank products.
• Taking up request for increase in credit limit, updating employment & personal details on system, sourcing supplementary credit cards.

• Dealing with customer needs to assess the product they are interested in & sell them the product, thereafter introduce them to new products that we have.
• Inform our customers about the various offers being offered by different brands.
• Good Product knowledge and was governed to train new entrant how to pitch sales and achieve target.
