- CAD Designer for 2 years in Automotive Seating and Interior Systems with competent knowledge in 3D parametric solid/surface modeling and detailing for Seat parts and Assemblies, IP, Door trims, Carpets using UG, CATIA V4 and CATIA V5 for GM, Ford and DCX customers.
- Performs stack-up analysis and conduct DFMEA (Design failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
- Fixture Designer/Group Leader for connectors, clips, components, material handling equipments and jig board tooling using AutoCAD software. Provide assembly and manufacturing drawings as well as the Bill of Materials
- Generate exploded views, Isometrics and rendering for Manufacturing plant catalogue
- Coordinate and communicate with core team for product development from concept to production phase
- Conduct design reviews, benchmark study on design feasibility and improvement
- Create daily report for line efficiency and performance
- Perform various line and in-process operations in wiring harness assembly
- Streamline operators to improve efficiency and ensure line is up and running
