•Staf Training and Development: Created and host monthly training tutorials with handouts designed to drive improved hiring practices and results. Key staf attend the tutorials which cover hiring best practices, unconscious bias, compliance, and hiring procedures, among other talent acquisition topics.
•ATS Integration & Training: Partnered with consulting software team to develop, customize, and implement needed modification to a new ATS. Trained staf on how to efectively use the ATS throughout the hiring process.
•Onboarding & Employee Engagement: Organized and conducted over 100 on-boarding briefs to over 1, 000 new employees, providing company insight and vision, which led to the advanced engagement of the employee, thereby elevating business growth.
