FLIGHT CLEARANCES
➢ Representing customer operators and clients to CAA, FAA, Air force, ATC etc all over the world.
➢ Obtaining all required flight clearances (Over fly and Landing permits) as per the flight routes.
➢ Submission of application through SITA, AFTN etc as per CAA procedures and formats.
➢ Obtaining Diplomatic flight clearances through coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
➢ Revalidation of permits in case of delays.

FLIGHT PLANNING
➢ Flight planning by building optimum air routes over great circle using valid airways and avoiding restricted airspace and countries through PPS software.
➢ Analyzing significant NOTAMS that can affect the flight operations.
➢ Ensuring favorable winds and proper weather conditions for the safety of flight.
➢ Choosing Alternates by deciding the Runway length, WX conditions, Airport working hours etc
➢ Fuel computation inclusive of trip fuel, taxi fuel, zero fuel, fuel till farthest alternate etc
➢ Calculation of various weights like MTOW, Maximum Landing weight, Trip fuel etc.
➢ ETOPS planning and calculation.
➢ Load planning and Trim sheet calculations.
➢ Filing of the flight plan with ATC.
➢ Preflight briefing to the Capt.
➢ Flight Following and sending on time MVT messages to the destinations.

GROUND HANDLING
➢ Complete ground handling arrangements for A/C and PAX handling.
➢ Obtaining Airport Slots and PPR approvals.
➢ Coordination with the Airport Authorities for the arrangement of Parking, Landing, Lightening, Navigation etc and settlement of these services.
➢ Customs and Immigration coordination and facilitation by advance knowledge of all requirements.
➢ Ensuring availability of required specific equipments (Tow bar, GPU, APU, ASU etc) for the A/C.
➢ To ensure all services requested by PIC are duly taken care off.


HOTAC AND CREW TRANSPORT
➢ Arrangement of crew visas in advance for overnight stays.
➢ Arrangement of crew HOTAC as per Operator requirements and budget.
➢ Arrangement and coordination of crew transport.
➢ Crew assistance.

CATERING
➢ Selection of the catering company that can achieve customer satisfaction and fulfillment.
➢ Coordination with the Flight Attendant for the catering requirements.
➢ Arrangement, settlement and on time delivery of catering.

FUEL
➢ Identifying the economical source of fuel through quotes from the various local fuel suppliers.
➢ Analyzing taxes and surcharges that affect total fuel cost.
➢ Ensuring fuel supply and availability at each location.
➢ Liaison with the fuel supplier for on time arrangement, payment settlement and fuel uplift.

COMMERCIAL
➢ Preparing quotations for the clients as per the prices received from the agents and suppliers.
➢ Price comparison of various agents to give the best quotes to the clients.
➢ Verification of invoices with delivered products and services before payment approval.
➢ Identifying new supplier and FBOs that can provide quality services at better prices.
➢ Negotiations with the suppliers and agents regarding agreements and prices.
