Represent the company as the main contact person responsible to the consultant, client & main contractors.
To co-ordinate and manage site supervision, with the Site Foreman, Labourers on daily work progression.
Responsible for Health & Safety requirements as per each site.
To maintain daily report on progression of each site works to Operations Manager.
To assist the company’s technical team to prepare shop drawings and submittals.
To assist QS in preparation of progress payment claims and certificates.
Handled the safety requirements in the work sites as per the safety rules & regulations.
Study of Drawings, Specifications and BOQ.
Hand Over and Close out works including Snagging, Final Inspections.
Assisting in tender and BOQ preparation.
