Dubai as Unit Manager (FX & Liabilities) at Mashreq

 Successfully leading a team of 6 Account Managers for FX Sales & Liabilities as well as a Relationship Officer.
 Responsible for account planning, wallet sizing and cross selling of products i.e. Forex, Investments, Trade, Mashreq Matrix, GTS products, and increasing CASA from 3500 Emerging Corporate accounts and 1250 Trading accounts and also increase FX revenue from 800 active FX clients for these departments.
 Responsible for handling another 300 active liabilities accounts for Emerging Corporate with a CASA balance of AED 150MM to increase CASA as well as revenue by account planning and then increase the wallet share of the bank from existing customer relationships
 Implement sales strategy and tactical plans in accordance with FX and Liability targets. Set weekly/ monthly targets for the team and ensure they achieve these targets, through regular monitoring, coaching and feedback.
 Ensuring team follow the processes and policies as per bank norms.
 Interacting with business Heads (Treasury/Emerging Corporate/Trading/DST) to drive process re-engineering efforts targeted to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
 Managing Performance management for the Entire team by using tools i.e. daily team huddle, focus of the month, team barometer, skill matrix, highlight weekly issue and discussing 1:1 on monthly revenue performance.
 Coordinating with other teams to solving issues or discussion on implementation of new processes i.e. Compliance, Legal, Whole risk management, Treasury, Investment, Money market, Remittance, Technology, Foreign Trade Centre, MIT, Operation, branches and other inline with trade
