•Worked with stakeholders and management to raise issues, identify obstacles, and recommended options to ensure success of Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

•Provided in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 application and evaluated the Yiaco’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.

•Defined and implemented security profiles and procedures and ensured and maintained the security and integrity of the Microsoft Dynamics AX system.
•Conducted system and user acceptance test together with the users to ensure functionality, configuration and data are as expected. Supported end user training as defined in the project scope.
•AX retail data migration, functionality testing, POS configuration training and support, went live across 30 pharmacies.


PROJECTS


•Gap Analysis: mapping the functionalities of the Ax 2012 with ax 2009 and enhancing the existing features spanning across AR, AP, T&L 

•Data mapping and migration:prep up the data tables for opening balances for AR, AP and GL and T&L.
•AX retail: process mapping, data migration, functionality testing for AX retail, and providing end user training and support. Empowering the key stakeholders to use the vast array of features available on AX retail 2012. Played a key role in the installation, configuration, and customization of the BO application and the POS. Automated the replication and posting processes for minimal human interaction

•3PL and supplier Integration: integrations between Ax 2012 with our third-party logistics, in terms of purchase orders and sales orders interface. Interfaces with vendors ensuring daily sales data.

•Security: Defined security roles and rules are well defined to ensure data security integrity.

•Report Design:Guided the inhouse team to ensures the critical reports are identified and designed to ensure a smooth transition on go live.
