Project:
DS016 P02 -The Project includes the construction of full infrastructure, including improved roads with landscaping and lighting, in addition to upgraded surface water, foul sewer, and TSE networks.
Responsibilities:
- Providing on-site leadership for the project team, and the contractors and consultant teams.
- Monitor project progress and production schedule and instigate necessary actions to resolve issues and mitigate delays.
- Anticipates and contributes to resolving various project risks such as changes in scope and slippage of schedules.
- Advise the management of any foreseen failure by the Contractor/ slippage of progress and propose corrective actions.
- Action and responding to inquiries and correspondences from Consultant/ Contractor or stakeholders.
- Oversee & monitor the implementation of the construction management plan.
- Ensures that necessary approvals and permits are sought and obtained for all aspects of the project and provides support when necessary.
- Oversee the implementation of the traffic diversion plans developed by the Contractor.
- Assist on reviewing and analyzing Site Instructions and Variations.
- Interfacing (when needed) with business owners adjacent to the work site to mitigate the construction impacts on the public and assist in resolving related emerging issues.
- Review weekly and monthly reports as presented by the Consultant and Contractor and present comments of non-compliance and/or areas of concern and corrective actions to the management.
- In association with the HSE Manager, oversee construction safety, health standards and safety performance.
- Monitor and support in handling issues related to external obstructions and oversee real-time mitigation strategies.
- Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues and communicating it across the leadership team.
- Visit the constructions sites to oversee the activities and performance of the GEC and Contractors.
- Oversee & monitor the implementation of the construction management plan by GEC.
- Monitor the project milestones.
- Oversee implementation of uniform construction inspection procedures and quality control activities.
- Support on value engineering and constructability reviews conducted by GEC.
- Ensures that necessary approvals and permits are sought and obtained for all aspects of the project and provide support when necessary.

- Ensure that the GEC effectively identify, manage and report project risks.
- Support on proper liaison with outside agencies, GEC and PWA on meeting construction project requirements.

- Support and advice on handling of construction claims by the Contractors and on reviewing final recommendations before submitting to PWA.
- Interfacing (when needed) with business owners adjacent to the work site to mitigate the construction impacts on the public and assist in resolving related emerging issues.
- Review status reports prepared by the GEC for construction projects.
- In association with the HSE Manager and GEC Safety Staff, oversee construction safety and health standards.
- Monitor and support in handling issues related to external obstructions and oversee real-time mitigation strategies.
Project: MAKKAH PUBLIC TRANSPORT PROGRAM (MPTP)
Client: Makkah Mass Rail Transit Company (MMRTC)
Main Duties:
•Manage the stakeholder coordination/ engagement for the Program.
•Responsible for managing interfaces and ensuring that approvals and permits are sought and obtained for all aspects of the Program.
•Develop and maintain valuable stakeholder relationships.
•Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies including informing, consulting and involving stakeholders where relevant and evaluating the effectiveness of these strategies.
•Advising senior management of issues and/or risks to stakeholder relationships as soon as they arise so risks can be managed effectively.
•Liaise with government agencies, third parties and clients to ensure stakeholders Program objectives have been met.
•Manage channels which support stakeholder communication.
•Deal with Program risks related to external obstructions, offer real-time mitigation strategies and report high risk matters.

Main Duties:
•Coordinate stakeholder engagement and integration to achieve programme objectives for scope, budget, schedule, quality, sustainability, legacy, etc•Ensure effective communications across the project delivery, client and stakeholder teams.
•Monitoring the internal and external aspects of projects across a range of contractual agreements.
•Liaise with the delivering parties and all affected stakeholders to assure related programme requirements are met.
•Monitor the project Gateways milestones.
•Review design stakeholder documents submitted by the GEC to assess sufficiency for future construction purposes.

Main Duties :
•Responsible for managing interfaces across multiple work streams.
•Assure proper interface between all Infrastructure works and MOT existing infrastructure components.
•Coordination of Infrastructure works and other MOT ongoing programmes.
•Provide relevant expertise within the Project in the area of the Management and, coordination across the various teams.
•Manage both internal and external interface parties according to the project scope and schedule to ensure timely and cost effective project delivery.
•Develop interface processes and procedures between all stakeholders.

Main Duties :
Assist the Resident Engineer in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day activities on the project with full duties related to utilities diversions (Electrical, Water, Communication and Telephone)
Supervise and Coordinate the Roadway Construction including Embankment, Pavement, Drainage, Lighting, Hard and Soft landscape and other roadway accessories.
Review the initial project submittals, documenting and coordinating with the design Project Manager on all required changes to construction drawings.
Record and resolve all deviation concerning the following: contract documents, design specifications and workmanship standards.
Ensure that Contractors comply with drawings and specifications in terms of design, materials, and workmanship standards.
Coordinate with The Client, Contractors, Statutory Authorities and other Consultants.
Co-ordinate the approval of modifications with the Client.

Main Duties :
Supervision of all site Road works: “Kerbstone works, Earth works, Sub base, Road base, Wet mix & Asphalt”
Supervision of all site Infrastructure works: “Telephone, Electricity, Water, Irrigation, Traffic Signal, Street light, Sewerage & Drainage”
Monitoring the quality of work against the contract specification & drawings.
Responsbile for site inspection and handling request for inspection (RFI) for all items.
Check detours and traffic control zones for a safe and proper placement of signs, barricades and lights.
Make special notes and document the Contractor’s activities that may lead to claims. Be fair and firm in dealings with the Contractor. Consider alternatives and consequences carefully before making decisions.
Interface with the public, especially residents and business owners adjacent to the work to mitigate the construction impacts on the public.
Coordinate with the Laboratory Technician and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work, and quality assurance testing of suspect materials.
