• Manage all projects aspects, deliver them in a timely manner and within budget and scope, and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Create schedules and follow up the progress of the project.
• Managing operation in systems development & Maintenance projects at KSU.
• Managing Personnel affairs and Provide logistics services to them.
• Prepare and Submit reports related to project management plans according to the tender conditions.
• Submit and following up invoices with the University Procurement Department.
• Manage stakeholder's communications and expectations to meet project objectives to prevent any scope creep
• Prepare project status reports to stakeholders, working group, executive committee, and PMO up to board level.
• Managing the communicate with the contract administration of the university on an ongoing basis to negotiate other projects or new project items from according to the project's developments.
• Act as a liaison with business leadership, third-party service providers, and individual contractors deployed on projects and enhancements.
• Files and database control.
• Project closing.
• Preparation of a comprehensive supervisory plan in stages
• Review instructions and regulations related to educational and educational work
• Study of previous supervisory reports, analytical study
• Study the previous recommendations of supervisors
