JOB DESCRIPTION
-Assist the customer by evaluating the kind of vehicle that would be right for the customer
-Approach customers arriving at the dealership, assist the customer with any enquiries and attempt to understand the customer's needs, price range and so on as rapidly as possible.
-Provision of viewings and discussions of appropriate vehicles with showroom in order to complete a sale
-Draw the customer's attention key features of a vehicle.
-Negotiate and re-negotiate a vehicle's selling price as per the availability and the company's policy.
-Handle the appropriate documents and arrange for a vehicle test drive.
-Contacting previous customers to check their satisfaction with their purchase or to inquire as to whether they are looking for a new vehicle.
- Possession a wealth of knowledge about the different models and makes of vehicles.
-Quickly understand the needs of a customer and which vehicle would be right for the customer.
-Understanding of car financing as I can advise the customer on loans or prepare financial documents for customer to sign.
-Report directly to a branch manager.
-Get all updates on changes in the industry, prices, offers, policy, and etc,
-Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
-Enhancing knowledge among employees and customers through in-house training, through structured Marketing Communication and phased presentations.
- Have initiated new ideas to increase brand awareness and consumer satisfaction.
-Identifies new market/products/service offering and evaluates commercial viability.
-Achieve the monthly target and exceeding targets quoted by the company with the competition of the best salesman

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests or customers descriptions of malfunctions.
-Receive and fill telephone orders for parts, and fill customer orders from stock
-Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
-Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
-Read catalogs, or computer displays in order to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices.
-Take inventory of stock.
-Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements or not available.
-Examine returned parts for defects and exchange defective parts or refund money.
-Monitoring on mark and store parts in stockrooms according to prearranged systems.
-Discuss use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of machines or equipment.
-Demonstrate equipment to customers and explain functioning of equipment.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- We identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- We prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- We Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential customer relationships.
- We Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns.

- Responsible for daily / weekly / monthly summary reporting including inventory plans, sell through, inventory on order and retailer margin target.
