• Participate in Monthly Progress Meetings with the Employer/Engineer as required.
• Interface with other construction supervision team members to meet overall program
deliverables.
• Interact with Project Directors and Lead Commercial personnel to identify and mitigate
potential issues
• Ensures that all team members apply company and / or project practices, techniques,
processes and procedures.
• Negotiate commercial terms with Subcontractors.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of Commercial processes through refining contract
formulation activities, systems and procedures.
• Assist in evaluating any Subcontractor’s claims .• Provide advice regarding contract procurement and types of underlying contracts and
agreements (as necessary).
• Collaborate with colleagues across organizational lines to obtain and communicate
business information necessary for Reporting purposes
