 Acting as Engineering Manager & Responsible for Engineering team and their training (Engineers and technicians).
 Review and Update PM plan to all plant equipment’s and machine to be more deep and realistic and update SAP work orders.
 Annual budget plan for all plant areas, lines and machines and indirect expenses. Budget Monitor and control (Obex).
 Planning for lines overhaul with production and planning team, ensure safety standards at all work and tasks done.
 Capex ( Manage current projects through all phases , good contractor management, )
 Improving reliability systems, programs and implementing equipment improvement projects through TPM approaches, MOC’s and SOP’s for the new changes.
 Review and take necessary actions for PSM (process safety management) at all the plant.
 Reviewing spending versus budget and taking corrective actions whenever necessary.
 Supervise and participate in new projects (new extensions, machines installations, commissioning and upgrade ...).
 Safety and environment performance of all team-related operations, ensure training and implement all safety systems (LSR, BBS, LOTO, reporting near misses, …)
 Ensure Spare parts ordering and availability, minimum stoke.
 Apply TPM and a lean manufacturing tool at all maintenance activates (5S, BDA, tagging, deployments…)
 Utilities maintenance (CM, PM and predictive maintenance ) for Boilers, cooling (ammonia system), air compressors, water treatment ( Veolia station, RO station, softeners, DI unit ), power station and generators, WWTP .
 Production areas (cellar and distillery) and Packaging lines maintenance (CM, PM and predictive maintenance ) for bottling lines, Keg lines and BIB .
 Manage Maintenance team training, coaching, assessments… .

My scope of work includes the following :
Managing Maintenance team members and work shop.
• Responsible for Prepare maintenance annual plan for all machines and devices at the factory .
• Implementation of corrective & preventive maintenance to packaging lines (bottling + pouch).
• Ensure the existing preventive maintenance program is effectively implemented, documented and reliability team that execute the program are qualified.
• Responsible of safety and environment performance of all team-related operations.
• Responsible for consistent maintenance of all manufacturing equipment at their highest efficiency.
• Overall, install and operate new Clorox line.
• Responsible for reviewing spending versus budget and taking corrective actions whenever necessary.
• Commissioning new bleach line. ( filler, Capper, Packer, labeller, ...) (Project team leader).
• Responsible for new projects (new extensions, machines installations and upgrade ...).

My scope of work includes but not limited to :
• Implementation of corrective & preventive maintenance to packaging lines (RB bottling line (Krones), canning line (KHS) & kegging line ).
• Participate in bottling line overall (twice) + new installation of new can line and new SCADA system in production area (Norit).
• Maintenance and repair of different electrical and electronic instrument equipments in all the plant + lab calibration devices.
• Minimize unplanned line stoppages.
• Monitor on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually basis maintenance schedule through database approach and Maximo, TPM, HACCP.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts in the plant’s workshop & store.
• Implementation of corrective & preventive maintenance for utilities (water treatment, wast water, Boilers, air compressors, ....)& production area (raw material, beer processing, …).
