Sykes is a BPO company and I work as a call center agent. I held the account of Intuit as their customer representative on which we accept in-bound calls for inquiries and assistance on fixing the product of the customer.
As a Quality Assurance we handle care for the customers product being shipped nationwide, we take calls for the inquiry of the customers upon their package.
As a Customer Service Specialist we handle care for the customer, do a weekly manual inventory and we also handle the cashier sections.
