• Negotiate the terms, conditions of the Lease agreements and finalize the deals.
• Review and execute new lease agreements and create lease abstracts with specified deadlines to describe lease terms in a manner that enables users of lease abstract data base to efficiently access accurate information in order to perform their business functions
• Execute the Roll out Plan for all our stores in the different regions.
• Plan and execute the annual budget, compare the sales verses expanses and estimate the expected rent increase for each store.
• Manage the distribution of commencement date agreements within specified deadlines.
• Partner with construction/project/property management department on new projects to monitor critical dates for lease compliance and triggering of lease/rent commencement.
• Partner with leasing manager to monitor critical lease dates and issue notices relative to renewals, terminations….etc
• Analyze and interpret lease provisions, advise property management and finance in regards to store closures, and lease terminations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating response to all issue relating to leases, post lease execution.
• Participate in property managements meetings regarding status of projects and leasing activities as necessarily
