This job focused on implementing the Cultural, Social and Art projects. The job had multiple challenges due to its nature of implementing of wide range of projects within a limited time frame.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the internal stakeholders (e.g Director, local and regional managers, other departments, colleagues).
- Managing partners and suppliers during project implementation.
- Responsible for the procurement process, in addition to issuing financial records on SAP.
- Developing scorecards for every project and reporting to the events manager.

Achievements:
- Increased the suppliers portfolio
- Introduced new potential partners’ for number of projects.
- Introduced new marketing tool for one of the projects that increased the profits by 20%.

This job focused on developing B2B sales plans for International Trade Exhibition. The plan identified new possible ways to attract partners and exhibitors on the local, regional and international levels to the exhibition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new sales plan based on market and business intelligence to increases the success rate of the exhibition.
- Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders (e.g CEO, Colleagues, sponsors, and companies).
- Supervising the social media channels and reporting to CEO.

Achievements
- The plan succeeded in making partnerships with franchise associations, as well as chambers of trade and commerce on both levels the regional and international.
- The plan succeeded in acquiring the sponsorship of Ministry of Trade and Business in Qatar to the exhibition; moreover the exhibition was associated to a national conference.

WEBI aims at empowering internet entrepreneurs and SMEs. As a co-founder, the responsibility focused on expanding the outreach of the initiative in media and within the society. This position was based online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the internal and external stakeholders (e.g CEO, team, and media partners).
- Preparing press releases, newsletter, and supervising the media coverage.
- Recruiting volunteers and reporting to the CEO.

Achievements:
- In 2012, I managed the media coverage to a conference organized in Gana, as WEBI was one of its media sponsors in
Middle East; despite I was studying abroad in Scotland.
- Launched the first episode of “Webidia Egypt” Podcast in Arabic.

SIFE is an international student run organization. This role focused on managing a project within Cairo University team
portfolio starting from the planning to close out.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing the project idea, scope, plan.
- Design and manage the project budget.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders (e.g mangers, team members, project participants and external partners).
- Reporting to Enactus Cairo University President.

Achievements
The project consisted of 3 sub projects and it won the second position in the national competition in 2010.
