• Implements the overall recruiting strategy and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Analyzes the recruitment process performance, recommends and implements changes to the recruitment process.
• Sources and attracts candidates by using databases and different channels.
• Screens candidates’ resumes and job applications
• Conducts interviews’ and filters candidates for open positions
• Handles the testing process for the admin position (English placement test - IQ test - Typing test)
• Issues regular reports as requested
• Coordinates recruitment advertisements and recruitment related events/activities with internal and external parties.
• Keeps track and documentation of interviews, hires, transfers, contract renewals and terminations.
• Keeps documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
• Prepares job descriptions.
• Posts the required vacancies using different channels (BUE website, newspapers, magazines & online recruitment agency)
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation program.
• Managing the procurement, out-sourcing and recruitment process, coordinating with the business development managers to meet their coverage hiring objectives, supervising the construction of a new database of resources to handle projects for (Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Google and Microsoft….Etc.).
• Reporting to the vendor management manager, giving monthly reports of resource numbers, available language combinations, and the best rates to maintain to attract new customers.
• Supporting project managers by managing the cross-cultural negotiations with vendors regarding rates, to keep work within specified budgets.
• Managing the localization quality tests by assigning qualified teams to handle the 3 or 4 phases of the QA tests, observing the vendor's performance and communicating with them to maintain their loyalty and commitment to the company.
• Monitoring the achieved developments through the vendor database to ensure a fast, quality service for company customers.
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying
organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Build applicant sources through contact and work with outside recruitment agencies, headhunters and universities career fairs.
Attract.
• Candidates using various methods to ensure a diverse and generous pool of quality candidates needed to fill administrative, professional, technical and operational vacancies.
• Ensure that recruitment agencies to strictly follow required position competency requirements and to strictly comply with the financial agreement.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying
job description and job qualifications.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating
schedules; arranges travel, etc.
• Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitudes towards corporate goals.
• Provide timely issuance of acceptance/ rejection/ “application in file” letters to job applicants. Prepare letters of apology for applicants that did not qualify for jobs applied for.
• Issuing the Job offers and the contracts for all new candidates.
• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
• Update Manpower Plan and project yearly recruitment expenditures for budgetary
consideration and control
Act as a frontline interface with customers of Vodafone companies worldwide. Role involves responding to customers over the phone and resolving their inquiries. The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer service standard.
