Plant Sales Coordinator
- Responsible for documentation
- Provide General Administrative & clerical support including mailing, document distribution, writing letters, scanning, Faxing & copying to management.
- Coordinate for Project Team
- Facilitate document issue process
- Prepare and Modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, Memos & E-mails.
-Responsible for writing purchase orders & letter of intent (Registered the descriptions, quantities, prices, discounts, payment terms, date of performance or shipment, other associated terms and conditions, and identifies a specific seller).

-Responsible to receive incoming letter to be followed up
-Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post
-Send and receive Faxes
-Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
-Provides specialized Administrative Support duties & Database Administration
-Reporting to Office Manager and Assistant General Manager
-Scanning contracts & Handed out to the clients.
-Maintains the company image by example & out-most professionalism
