• Manage the revision of the overtime for eligible employees according to the labor law & the company’s internal rules and regulations.
• Manage the monthly payroll effects sheet and administer updates on the oracle system.
• Review & update the headcount movements.
• Supervise the implementation of penalties procedures according to labor law & the company’s procedures.
• Communicate with concerned departments about new hires, and resignations.
• Supervise and control internal and external quality audits.
• Follow up work Permit procedures + Visa residence of Expatriates
• Preparing annual and semi annual reports for labor office
