Procurement, Accounts Payable and spend analysis
• Formulate procurement strategy and manage suppliers to meet cost, delivery performance, and quality objectives
• Create and analyze spend and cost reports
• Control local and global procurement for corporate requirement, including Vendor development & negotiations
• Direct and control inquiry process, evaluation of quotes, and ordering process including imports
• Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements
• Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements
• Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliance in all the procurement transactions
• Train team on effective procurement processes and strategy
• Monitor and review procurement cost, identify areas of cost improvement, and formulate & implement cost reduction initiatives
• Establish purchasing policy and process, departmental work flow, objectives and performance of procurement division
• Develop and implement procurement strategy in consistent with project/operations schedules and lead time.,
• Lead supplier/subcontractor identification/qualification/evaluation/rating and maintain a list of dependable vendors
• Critically analyze major purchases at all the stages to ensure best performance in cost, quality, delivery and other terms
• Perform payments to suppliers and generates regular spend reports
• Nurture and enhanced the relationship with key suppliers, resolve product & service issues, and build mutual trust
• Review payment certificates and ensure status of order execution and compliance with agreed the terms and conditions

• Manage the entire core banking operational processes including payroll process, inward and outward payment, cheque collections process, automated clearing house systems, SWIFT process and investigations
• Handle “Customer Due diligence Process”, which is essential for understanding the risk profile of each customer
• Maintain a robust control environment by identifying deficiencies in the process and rectifying it in a timely manner
