ADMINISTRATION ( HR / IR ):
•Staff Administration, Contract Management,
•Enforcing Discipline, Liaison with Public / Government Bodies,
•Economical Operation & Problem Solving,
•Transportation (proper vehicle formalization) and monitoring maintenance of staff mess and canteens.
•Security system at working spots / camps & guest houses.
•Recruitment of workmen, Maintenance of Statutory Records as per Law
•Hiring, performance reviews, retention, statutory compliance, transfers
•Scrutiny of government reports in time for the division
•Design the organization structure keeping in view the future expansion plans
•Ensuring optimum utilization of human resources
•Management of Labour Camp and Medical Aid
FINANCE / ACCOUNTS :
•Cash & Bank day book on day to day basis
•Purchase Journal for Supplier Payments in line to the Purchase Order
•Scrutiny of Sub-Contractors Bills for release of payments in line with Work Orders
•Reconciliation of supplier / sub-contractor and Banking transactions on monthly basis
•Preparing cost reports and other managements reports (system generation as per software in place) etc.,
MATERIALS / INVENTORY :
•Purchase Order based on Purchase Requisition against collection of quotation and approved comparison statements.
•Quantity to be monitored and Quality to be checked in consultation with respective engineer who have requested for.
•Stock Reports based on total receipts & cumulative consumption on monthly basis.
•Reconciliation of materials & control of wastage in comparison with norms & procedures.
PLANNING / OPERATIONS :
•Interaction with Planning/Operations Team in execution of the projects/works with cost control methods and proper inventory schedules
•Productivity monitoring, preparation of Client Billing and comparing with Project Report for checking Variance if any
•Project Coordination Meetings towards planning Inventory availability, manpower & resources deployment to avoid delay in progress
•Scrutiny of Budgets and strictly adhering to the standards set, any deviation to be immediately taken up with top management
OTHER AREAS COVERED :
•Associating with various Companies with regard to Facility Management, Security Services, Hospitality Management by running the existing business to the fullest satisfaction and resulting in bagging new projects
•Coordinating with various agencies (governmental, non-governmental) both domestic and international in conducting tour programs, accompanying larger groups on tourism exploration
•Interaction with students and guiding them towards goal oriented programs, making them ready to have smooth transition from academic culture to working culture (Campus to Corporate).
•Reaching out to various MNC’s to have an understanding amongst both the units for placement drives. Organizing various training schedules and workshops to enhance skills that matches to the Industry requirements.
•Administrative matters of an Eye Hospital, coordination for Outreach activities, bringing in Development, Motivational & Spiritual lecturers
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
•Interaction, co-ordination with clients for payment realization
•Working on cost reduction methods.
•Training & Development of subordinates, motivation to team/workforce for improving productivity.
