•Responsible for supervising the team that handles scans of historic and new paper documents into the system as and when required by any department in the larger banking organization.
•Experienced in set up of automatic standing order batch payments by verifying and structuring the required data in the appropriate format for batch processing.

•Played a major role in a bank wide project with involved facilitating easy accessibility of customers’ financial documentation being made available to various members of staff across different banking systems.
•Maintained and organized an effective workflow system to keep track of important documents. Providing management with end of day reports to show status of financial documents received and unreceived.
•Received various rewards and letters of recognition for hard work, special efforts and great performance - this later led to my promotion to the role of Officer.
