Oversees and directs the development of a comprehensive quality program with practice guidelines.
•Develops, reviews and monitors the Quality policies and procedures
•Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
•Handling Accreditation Process of ISO 15189, as per the standard and implementing the process.
•Organize and manage the internal and external quality assurance programs in close co-operation with the Laboratory Director.
•Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
•Maintain awareness of the business context and Laboratory profitability including budgetary control issues.
•Effectively interact with laboratory personnel and other stakeholders to ensure all quality requirements are addressed and maintained.
•Handling Key performance indicator process to collect the accurate relevant valid data need for the improvement process of QMS.
•Reviews and maintains Quality programs and implementing of corrective actions, Westwards’ Rules in Laboratory when necessary in compliance with statutory requirements.
•Handling Validation / Verification of equipment as per the standard guideline of HAAD, CAP and ISO 15189.
•Handling Reagent management of the department with proper cost analysis.
•Contribute to the integrity of company purchases through verification and maintenance of all required purchasing documents, contracts, vendor set up, etc.
•Handling operational and logistics activities- Update Stock control reports, Conducting Stock audit
•Manages the smooth running of daily operations of selected units to achieve the highest professional and service standards.
•Efficiently handling various calls on Daily basis, while consistently resolving client issues in a short time span.
•Possess exceptional customer service skills.
•Prioritize requests according to criticality and ensures efficient workflows to produce accurate turnaround times supportive to the process.
•Ensures safe handling, Storage and disposal of materials.
•Ensures that preventive maintenance and calibrations are conducted periodically on all major analyzers and instruments.
