Responsibilities undertaken
• Heat load calculation using e-20 chart, (CLTD method) HAP with Following Standards ASHRAE, ISHRAE, KMK & GOST STANDARD (State Standard for Uzbekistan KMK).
• Design of Heating System for Electric Heaters and water Radiators (sectional radiator), unit heater as per project specifications and design basis or standards.
• Design of Centralized/ Decentralized Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning system.
• Calculating the pipe size for chilled water system and Heating system.
• Calculating the Duct size and pressure drop calculation in the duct
• Ensuring the works is performed in accordance with the specifications/procedures/standard.
• Preparing the schematic drawing for the project (According to the GOST standard).
• Preparation of the builder's work drawings.
• Preparation of Ducting and piping layouts.
• Preparing bill of quantity, scope of work according to the final design.
• Preparing data-sheets of the equipment's according to the project.
• Selection of Heating devices (sectional Radiator, electric convector, unit heaters) AHU, FCU, Ventilation, VRF/VRV system, chillers, Steam humidifier and other equipment as per project requirement.
• Review Feed document of the project.
• Review of HVAC vendor data documents on detail design stage for comments and approval.
• Preparation of Technical Bid evaluation (TBE).
• Preparation of Material Requisition (MR).
• Updating all the HVAC designing and layouts based on vendor data.
• Coordination with other engineering teams.
• Site visits & supervision during execution work of HVAC systems.
• Co-ordination for technical submittal, materials submittal submission with head of procurement department.
• Analysis of complex engineering issues and problems, implementation of timely solutions.
• Familiar with various codes and standard like ASHARE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, GOST, KMK standards.
• Co-ordination with architects and other engineering departments
Completed Mechanical Engineering from KBN collage of Engineering Gulbarga affiliated to Visveswaraya Technological university (VTU)
