1. Avida Towers Abreeza -
Conducts inspections of building facades to access existing conditions and to determine if
the work is adhering to the construction documents.
Observes and inspects work in progress to ensure that methods, materials used, and
procedures followed are in conformance with specifications, codes, standards, and
prepares written field reports documenting construction activities, and progress.
Witness and document AAMA 501.2 water leak tests on building facades.

Prepares various documents including work schedules, delivery schedules, quantity
estimates, transmittals, daily progress reports, materials tracking, and updates plans for
revisions.
Oversees and supervises architectural activities to enhance project quality, cost
effectiveness, and timely completion.
Conducts joint inspections to identify outstanding punch list items.
Prepares and monitors documents related to punch lists and as-built drawings to ensure
adherence to specifications and instructions.
Evaluates subcontractors invoices and manages architectural tasks performed by
subcontractors until project turnover and final client acceptance.
