What I like from my testing jobs is the ability to work with system from end to end, instead of focusing on a "little aspect of it" like most developers. It is also an ideal place to interact with customers, developers, PMs, and all other functions of the Software Development Ecosystem.
I love new technology, I like the challenge it provides, I like being an integral part of a software release.
