Presently working with one of U.A.E’s leading Business houses, in their Automotive Company as Executive Secretary to the Director - Finance & Strategic Planning till Jan.2012 and presently reporting to Director - International Operations. The Group has a diverse portfolio of companies across a range of industries including automotive, lifestyle products, logistics, building interiors, information technology and real estate. The business under AWR Automotive Group include Nissan, Infiniti & Renault Distribution & After-Sales, Pre-owned Cars, Leasing & Car rentals, trading in automotive Ancillary Products and Re-exports and AWR Lifestyle Kid’s Fashion Store. Revenue during 2015 is targeted to reach USD 2 billion.

Provide full range of Secretarial duties to the Director - Finance & Strategic Planning and provide any assistance required for smooth and efficient function. Taking notes in Shorthand and typing day-today correspondence. Screening of all telephone calls and re-directing to the respective personnel, scheduling daily appointments, hotel/travel bookings, etc. Maintaining all records, which include monthly reports, monthly management accounts, minutes of the meeting, correspondence with principals and customer letters, Receive, sort and distribute all mail to concerned departments/individuals to enable them to take the necessary action for prompt and efficient business communications. Preparing of Debit Notes/Credit Notes and typing of bank transfer letters. Interacting with banking sectors for quick transfers as and when payments are made to dealers, suppliers and customers and also bank treasury deals. Liaise with various departments heads, Branch Managers and staff for arranging weekly/monthly meeting and for follow up action and submitting the same to the CEO.

As Executive Secretary - International Operations, responsibilities include the following:
Nissan & Renault Business in Iraq, Honda Business in India and Zenghzhou Nissan Business in GCC.
Managing diary; Coordination of meetings and appointments; Attending telephone call, assessing and resolving enquiries; Handle & prioritizing incoming mail, Draft general correspondence for signature;meeting and telephone & conference call for multi-time zone meeting; Preparation & circulation of agenda if required. Plan, organize and arrange travel itinerary, ticket and hotel booking and documentation for visa related travel; Support Management Team on a required basis. Process and update business reports to the CEO; Ensure that confidential and sensitive business information is protected; Ensure that all filing, maintenance of record and day to day activities are undertaken to the required standard.
