• Participating in Business Process Optimization Project:
o Conducting job analysis with all corporate departments through interviews, observation & questionnaires.
o Identifying business tasks, duties and KPIs.
o Designing process maps using the method of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) on Bizagi.
o Developing RACI sheet on Excel to calculate the workload analysis for each employee.
o Assisting with developing action plans to improve performance.
• Filling job descriptions.
• Updating the organization chart using Visio.
• Assisting with performance appraisal.
• Attended Training Needs Analysis meetings including communication with training providers, filtering offers and choosing the most suitable one.
• Participated in designing the competency model for each title.
• Other tasks like creating presentations, researches and questionnaires.
-Making a survey with British customer over the phone to introduce them to our products.
-Convincing non-interested customers to continue the call till the end.
-Handling angry customers.
-Dialing average of 250 customers per day.
