• Handling all leave application, preparing leave and final settlement of the employees and forwarding the same to accounts payment.
• Contact and coordinate with recruitment agencies regarding application of all aspects or recruitment.
• Forward joining reports with all necessary documents to personnel for salary.
• Responsible for monthly check-on personnel details against documents for transaction including documents additions, payables and unpaid leave and submitted to the HR manager.
• Opening Salary Account for new employee thru Al Ansari Exchange.
• Track employee probationary period and Expiry of Labor Cards, National ID, Health Card, Visa Expiry etc.
• Provide administration support to the look after recruitment requirements like advertising vacancies, short listing CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, prepare offer letter & termination letter .
• Coordinate business travel service for booking ticket for labours/staff vacation, termination etc.
• Coordinate with PRO in matters related to employment visa, labour card, national ID, health card renewal.
• Handling original trade license and other certificate, make sure the date of renewal.
• Preparing leave & final settlement & forwarding the same to accounts department for payment
• Maintain office facilities including of necessary office supplies and equipment requirements, petty cash management, prepare & maintain expenses report.
• Taking disciplinary action such as issuing warning & termination of workers after consultation with the General Manager.
