• Directly reporting to the President/General Manager of the Company. \n• Providing administrative assistance mainly to the Administration / HR and other company officers as required or as requested including correspondences, typing, and information research, filing and taking telephone messages. Drafts memos/letters as appropriate \n• Organizing & updating records & providing confidentiality of company’s files/documents. \n• Responsible in computing monthly income, expenses & salaries of the employees. \n• Handling appointments, messages or parcels for my superiors. \n• Coordinates with clients and other business partners for scheduled meetings with the General Manager and organize his schedule as well. \n• Coordinates all travel arrangements for the company; research and make flight, hotel reservations in accordance with company policies and to obtain most economical and efficient travel. Create travel itinerary and schedules in accordance with authorized travel requests. \n• Reads and screens incoming correspondence and reports; makes preliminary \nassessment of the importance of materials and organizes documents; handles some matters and forwards appropriate materials to administrator or executive and staff.
