كان لي الشرف العظيم بأن عملت سويا مع المهندس مارسيل سلامة في واحد من أهم المشاريع الاستثمارية في سوريا - اللاذقية , مشروع ابن هاني . كنا زملاء في الشركة المشرفة على التنفيذ حيث كان التركيز على الجودة حسب المواصفات العالمية , والتقيد بلجدول الزمني الخاص بتنفيذ كل الأعمال ذات الصلة بتسليم المشروع قبل الوقت المحدد .المهندس مارسيل أظهر خلال عمله المهارات العالية في تدقيق و حساب الكميات والأشراف على التنفيذ , تدقيق المخطاطات و المشاركة بأحتراف مع جميع الأقسام بغية الوصول الى الأهداف التي تم وضعها من قبل المالك . الجولات اليومية من قبل المهندس مارسيل في موقع العمل كانت السياسة الرئيسية في طريقة عمله , لأنه من خلال هذه الجولات يتم تسليط الضوء على أي عمل أنشائي غير مطابق للمواصفات و هذا ما عزز الثقة الكبيرة من قبل أدارة المشروع بأحترافية و ألتزام المهندس مارسيل في عمله أتمنى له التوفيق على الصعيد العملي و الشخصي مع خالص التقدير و الاحترام
