As the Human Resources Manager Responsible for:
1.Responsible for payroll and all related reports & supervise the payment process
2.Preparing & follow up HR strategy recruitment: job posting, hiring, conducting recruitment exams and interviews, contracting
3.Supervise and update job analysis and job descriptions in yearly basis.
4.Monitoring employees and handling performance appraisal process and identifying scale for enhancement.
5.Provide all the required Human Resources reports such as new hires, turnover, promotions, and transfers
6.Building communications strategy between HR and other departments within Company Coaching and monitoring employees and receiving feedback.
7.Plans, performs and direct a variety of administrative work related to the maintenance of employee benefits programs including Annual Increase, Bonus, medical care, retirement & allowances.
8.Administration of staff attendance and leaves.
9.Interviewing candidates at the top management-level
10.Responsible for staff in terms of (vacations, insurance, promotions, etc..) according to labor law.
11.Responsible for the personal files for all company's employees.
12.Establishing & Implementing HR Policy & Procedures, Training Annual Plan, and On Job Training for all the Departments.
13.Follow up with Human Resources department

As the Admin Manager Responsible for:
1.Held meeting every week to follow up with all the managers of the departments.
2.Responsible for Managing & Supervising the administration department which includes the following divisions ( Maintenance, Security, cleaning…..)
3.To arrange for procurement of all required furniture as well payment of Rental, Electricity Transportation, Stationary, Computer Equipment and in coordination with the purchasing department
4.Responsible for monthly Admin. Budget.
5.Foreigners Work Permissions, Residency & Visas.
6.Organizing Foreign Visitors tour programs.

1.Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate departments' staff.

4.Insure that payroll is closed 100% accurate and handed to accountant 2 days before payment day.
5.Review current policies and procedures to ensure valuable and necessary procedures and specifications applicable to the current organizational structure.
6.Review current functional job descriptions and re-write them
7.Administer performance appraisal systems.
