Leading a fleet of professional Mechanical Engineers in areas of Estimation, Design & Construction.
Responsible for reviewing the tenders before submission in coordination with estimation dept. and attending technical meetings & finalization meets.
Preparation of Project Start Up Program at the start of every project to be submitted to the main contractors showing our intended program schedule, man power histogram, drawings and material log.

*Training and Development of staff
*Address escalated complaints and resolve on priority basis
