- Managing the loyalty program
-Ensuring that overall performance of the Loyalty department is per the target set and complies with industry practices.
-Developing new products and services to ensure our service is best aligned with Industry best practice.
-Responsible for ensuring ShebaMiles members' email requests are handled per set standard and time limit.
-Responsible for Soliciting, negotiation and introduction of new non-airline partners into the ShebaMiles program.
-Represent the Airline in Star Alliance for Loyalty Related issues
