Directs, supervises and leads the activities of Contracts Kuwaitization Team which is responsible for ensuring the implementation of Company`s Kuwaitization Policy amongst contractors (Projects and Services) as stipulated within the assigned contracts between the company and the contractor to achieve targets.
Supervises, directs and participates in all activities of Contracts Kuwaitization Team which is responsible for ensuring the implementation of Company`s Kuwaitization Policy amongst contractors (Projects and Services) as stipulated within the assigned contracts between the company and the contractor to achieve targets.
Supervises, directs and participates in all the activities than pertain to Succession Planning Program, Talent Management Programs, Technical & Professional Ladder AND Manager’s / Team Leader’s Annual Incentive Programs. This includes designing, proposing adoption and implementation of such Programs. Coordinates with concerned teams within the company to facilitate smooth implementation and administration.
Proposes adoption, design and implementation of various Talent Management initiatives and manages various activities of the Talent Management group within Talent Management including all activities related to identification of high potential talent, sharing of information on foreseeable talent gaps in the future with Employee Sourcing personnel for them to incorporate in their hiring plans, succession planning, management and updating of Career Ladders, managing the entire TPL process; Updates Behavioral and Technical Competency Framework, role profiles as well as employee competency levels based on inputs received from other CoE teams as well as processes; Coordinates closely with other concerned HR&CD Divisions and Departments to facilitate smooth implementation and administration of all Talent Management programs.
Undertakes various activities related to identification of training needs and implementation of various external employee development programs to meet the training and development objectives, On Job Training programs while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and processes. Studies & evaluates training effectiveness and reports results and ensures that the training systems are update and follows up the pre-employment program process until normalization at their respective departments.
Performs a wide range of duties related to Contracts Manpower Kuwaitization activities (Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Training, Audit & Kuwaitization Policy implementation) for ensuring the implementation of Company's Kuwaitization Policy.
Studies and identifies training needs. Develops training & career development programs in coordination with user Department to meet training & career development objectives. Designs, administers & conducts training programs. Studies & evaluates training effectiveness and reports results.
Handles external training (Conferences / Seminars / Workshops / Training Courses) cycle. Prepares various statistical reports related to training activities. Assists the Employee Development Controller in performing the routine clerical and administrative duties.
