- Involvement to the evaluation and planning of Information Technology strategies.
- Build and update the information technology standards’ database and design periodically reports (SQL/BIRT), and participate in the making decisional meetings for adding new standard or isolate it
- Study and evaluate the market information technology trends and support the IT decision makers with the reports.
- Implement and administer the enterprise architecture tool (Troux) and involved in the customization of the system besides enhance the technical side to be aligned with Saudi Airlines requirements.
- Develop and design Regularly reports (Tabular / visualized) using SQL Queries, BIRT, XML and Flex.
- Analyse and maintain the database’ content and manage its processes.
- Administrate and maintain the hardwares of the system (Application servers / database servers).

- Participated in develop the management information system.
- Vocal Point for Petro Rabigh Project regarding the reports updates.
- Submitting and issuing the Air-Express ordered for more than 70 suppliers besides a daily follow up.
- Involved in optimizing the internal process of managing the enormous amount of purchase orders required to be classified into (sea ship, air fright and air express).
- Enhance the collected data and prepare the final reports on daily basis.
