The IT-Business Partners proactively serves as a “trusted business advisor” that facilitates the movements to achieve SAMA’s strategies through the best-standardized business analysis practices.
The IT-Business Partners is the primary IT point of contact to business. They operate as the key business contact representing IT in promoting IT services and capabilities. The IT-Business Partners provides support in delivering technology products that meet the needs of the business.
Leading a team of 16 senior and junior BAs as well as business SMEs. The team is handling the Business Analysis, Demand Management, Business Digitalization and Project Management matters.
Current Roles & Responsibilities:
1- Building the Business Analysis working model and processes to follow the IIBA best practice
2- Leading the Business Digitalization Program across all SAMA’s sectors.
3- Managing SAMA’s Business Demands.
4- Front office stream lead in the investment transformation program
5- Managing the CMMI Project on SAMA (Capability Maturity Model Integration).
I worked as an Investment business analyst in the business development division. I worked closely with the investment department on some of their massive IT projects related to risk Attribution and Portfolio Performance Measurement, to be more specific!
I was leading the front and middle office streams in the Investment transformation program that aims to enhance SAMA's front to back office-trading platform (Calypso).
Working closely with Tadawul and the ministry of finance to facilitate the migration of the GDB’s from SAMA to Tadawul with taking into consideration many aspects such as (collateral management, security transfer …Etc.)
I worked at SAMA as a system analyst on the IT Department. I was assuming the responsibility for my assigned tasks there. I was working on a project called" STATPRO" the aim of building this system was to analyze the performance of all SAMA's portfolios managers and to allow SAMA to perform a detailed analysis of its portfolios and to generate a comprehensive report for the top management by a one click button.
