• Created the Commercial Finance Analytics, a tool that generates yearly service performance reports by aggregating several crucial business metrics, showing financial impact of services portfolio along with insights and recommendations for financial enhancements.
• Enabled benchmark studies and promotional analysis that measured long-term financial impact.
• Orchestrated the Strategic Programs Management Department - a unit within Business Finance that regulates 7 department priorities, including internal Project Management Office activities, strategic programs review, and follow-up as well as HR related activities.
Revamped old and ineffective business operations, setting new goals, programs and tools in place to improve customer service, material management and efficiency. Resolved issues involving customers, payments, suppliers and order delays.
